Terms of Service

Pilot program terms. Last updated August 29, 2026.

Plain-English summary: Bungee is pilot software. It tracks store credit that your business chooses to issue. It does not process payments, hold money, or give legal advice. You are responsible for your own pricing, fees, and the credit you issue.

1. What Bungee is

Bungee is a software tool that helps a business record card sales, issue store credit equal to its disclosed card fee, track customer balances, and measure the results. Bungee is currently offered as a free pilot.

2. What Bungee is not

3. Your responsibilities

4. The pilot

The pilot is free for 30 days. During and after the pilot we may contact you about your results and about paid plans. Either side can end the pilot at any time. If you stop using Bungee, outstanding credit remains your business's promise to its customers; export your balances before you stop.

5. Data

You own your business data. We handle it as described in the Privacy Policy. You can request a full export or deletion at any time.

6. Availability and warranty

Bungee is pilot software provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We aim to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and you should treat your dashboard totals as a record-keeping aid, not a system of legal record.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bungee's total liability for any claim related to the pilot is limited to one hundred dollars. Bungee is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for fines or penalties arising from your own fee, pricing, or disclosure practices.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product moves from pilot to general availability. We will post updates here and material changes will be flagged inside the product.
